Drevoh: A Safe Space for Workers & A New Way of Creating

Why Drevoh?

We grew up in a system that tells us to "endure" for success. But after 20 years as a programmer, I started questioning... what if it's the systems and cultures that are wrong?

We are used to management that chases short-term results while letting people and work deteriorate in the long run. We accept "burnout" as a badge of honor. I built Drevoh because I believe there's a better way to work—one where we grow together with the work, not at the expense of our souls.

What is Drevoh?

Drevoh is an organizational communication system similar to Slack or Line, but it integrates simple task management systems like Trello and Notion into one place. The goal is to create an environment that is easy to work in. Not only that, it also includes systems that help listen to employees' voices and provide safe feedback, promoting Psychological Safety—the essential foundation for effective teamwork.

I intend to help create a working atmosphere within organizations that fosters a sense of unity, starting with trust. Besides being a communication tool, it will have a built-in task verification system so you don't have to switch between multiple apps. It helps ensure communication is accurate, complete, and easy to understand, allowing work to progress toward success without the need for constant sync meetings that hinder actual work. Essentially, I aim to solve both people and work problems simultaneously.

"Today we use many different communication and task management tools. While those systems work, a system that doesn't understand people is like a chair without a backrest. You can sit on it, but it comes with a catch—it makes us worry about accidentally falling backward, and we feel the pain of its hardness."

The pain point of legacy systems like Line, Slack, or Trello is that they were built long ago, making it difficult to adapt to modern workflows. You've probably experienced being startled by an @All tag for something relevant to only a few people, distracting everyone else for 15 minutes before they can refocus. Because these are such large systems, any request for adjustments is slow and often ignored... so the problems persist. That's why we need Drevoh. I've encountered these problems personally and am determined to solve them so our working lives can be better.

01 About the Founder

My name is "Num," and I am a full-blown introvert programmer.

I find verbal communication challenging and was often told to "adapt" to be more like everyone else. But over time, I discovered that being quiet allowed me to see deeper. I understand humans; I understand the pain of being "invisible" in an organization.

Drevoh wasn't born from high-level psychological expertise, but from the heart of someone who was hurt by a distorted system. There was a period in my life when I pushed myself to the limit, yet my value remained unseen. In our society, we often mistakenly compare one another using cold, rigid metrics—attempting to measure the immeasurable. Believing in people and empowering them to dare to be themselves is far more vital than any metric or comparison.

02 Drevoh's Mission

  • Efficient Organizational Communication

Create workflows and project data structures that establish a Single Source of Truth, eliminating confusion, reducing bottlenecks from constant questioning, and minimizing the number of meetings. Resolve communication issues to ensure clarity and mutual understanding, transforming organizational communication into a highly efficient working system.

  • Restoring Human Dignity

Shift the way we work from "submitting for survival" to "working with dignity" where everyone's true value is recognized.

  • Outcomes over Rituals

Focus on results from actual knowledge and experience, rather than measuring hours or following redundant, meaningless rituals.

  • Safety through Sincerity

Use the system as a shield, especially for introverts or those who are not natural speakers, empowering them to communicate in their preferred way—ensuring "truth" remains the final judge of work quality.

  • Reclaiming Deep Work

Reduce cognitive load and stop the cycle of interruptions to reclaim time for creators to perform their most important work at full potential.

  • Trust over Surveillance

Move from monitoring behavior to observing results, creating an environment where workers feel safe and empowered to overcome obstacles together.

  • Well-being as a Foundation

Because healthy people naturally create exceptional work, we foster a system that respects rest and life renewal.

  • The Legacy of Work

Build a sustainable work model that shows future generations we can succeed without harming ourselves or others.

Philosophy: Work Without Fear

"Why 'Without Fear'? Because fear is the enemy of creativity. When people fear making mistakes, they won't dare to speak the truth, and their true potential is buried under anxiety. I want Drevoh to be a shield that allows you to work to your full potential... without paranoia."

The Meaning of Our Logo

The Drevoh logo represents a fragile seedling.

A newly born tree is delicate and vulnerable. But if we provide the right environment, understand its nature, and care for it with trust, this small seedling will grow into a massive tree that provides shade and immense value beyond anyone's imagination.

Drevoh aims to be a place where we can catch our breath, recharge, and move forward in this chaotic world.

Even though Drevoh is not yet perfect, Drevoh will continue to be developed relentlessly.
