1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with our platform. If you find our services unsatisfactory, we offer a flexible refund structure for our supporters.

  • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription are most likely to be approved.

2. Pro Plan Refunds

For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time. We generally do not offer partial refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • If there was a technical error on our side resulting in double-billing, we will issue a full refund immediately.

3. Early Support Refunds

As our Early Support Program is intended for development, refunds are generally only possible if the program is cancelled by our team.

  • Supporters will be kept informed and we will always prioritize their contributions.
